 Once you decided to get our consultation we require a $50.00 deposit.  That can be done by using one of the links below.  You can also call us with a credit card.

     After the consultation,  we require payment of $175.00.  After this payment we ship you a foam box for your foot impressions(with instructions)  and a label to send the box to the lab.
