How We Do It

 HERE IS WHAT AND HOW WE DO IT:

      1:    You take a video of you walking from front and back so we can evaluate the control you need.

     2:    You take a picture of your feet with all painful areas and calluses marked so we can accommodate the orthotic in the exact place.

     3:    You fill out the questionnaire so we can determine your activity, type of shoe and which orthotic you will need.

     4:    All information will be sent in to: [email protected]

.    5:    We require a $50.00 deposit prior to our consultation.   

     6:    After we go over everything you send in we give you a phone or video  consult to determine the exact orthotic you will get.  During this consult we can again watch how you walk and examine both the top and bottom of your feet.

      7:     We then collect to remaining $175.00

      8:     We then send out to you the foam impression box with a prepaid label to send it to the orthotic laboratory after you have made your foot impressions.

In about 2-3 weeks your custom orthotics will be shipped to your address.
